FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is Stampa?
A: Stampa curates and sells artwork created by top illustrators, artists and designers. We're committed to working with exceptional talent to offer exclusive editions of their work at prices you can afford.
How do I know when new prints become available?
A: It’s simple. To join our online community please register at www.stampa.us.com/subscribe. This enables us to keep you posted as each new series is introduced.
What is an edition?
A: An edition is a series of a particular print., either unlimited or limited by number. Stampa's collections are offered as open editions in smaller sizes and as limited editions in larger sizes, which are limited by number. Once all prints in a limited edition are sold, Stampa will never offer the print again. So you can rest assured that if you purchase a Stampa limited edition print, the edition of that print will indeed be closed once all have been sold and that you own a genuine exclusive edition of that print.
How are Stampa's editions numbered?
A: Our larger size prints (24x30 or larger) are issued in editions of 10 and are numbered accordingly.
How do I know that my Stampa print is authentic?
A: Every Stampa print comes hand embossed with our logo as a sign of authenticity.
How are Stampa’s prints made?
A: Our prints are made digitally, using archival inks and substrates and each is hand embossed with the Stampa logo.
Where and how are your prints framed?
A: Our prints are professionally framed in Philadelphia using solid wood Larson-Juhl frames, plexiglass, 100% archival materials and arrive to you ready to hang.
Do the prints look exactly like the images I see online?
A: The artwork featured on our website was generated by the same digital file used to create your print, except at a lower resolution, so you will always receive a digital print of the same artwork you selected on the website. The framing options displayed on the website, although for representation only, utilize the only color frames we offer: in white and black. Framing adds approximately 1.5" to the final dimension.
What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Stampa accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Stampa gift cards.
If I buy a print, do I own the copyright in the image?
A: No, the copyright is reserved by the respective artist and is not transferred to the purchaser of the print.
What is your return policy?
